8 Bread Slices
1/2 cup (use 100 gm cup) Chopped Onion
1/2 cup (use 100 gm cup) Chopped Tomato
1/2 cup (use 100 gm cup) Chopped Capsicum
1/4 tbsp or as per your taste Salt
1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
1/2 tsp Origano
1 tbsp Tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
or
1/2 tbsp Green Chili Sauce
2 pieces Cheese
1 tbsp All Purpose Flour (maida)
1 tbsp Semolina (suji/rava)
Oil

Hi friends. Today my post is based on the reuse process of left over bread in your kitchen. Most of the times, it happens that, we have lots of left over breads or extra packets of breads and we do not know what to do with it. I have also faced this problem many time. I got a tasty solution of it. I made Cheese Pizza Cutlets from it. It is a s tasty as pizza and gives you just pizza like taste. 
                                    Cheese Pizza Bread Cutlets Recipe is very simple but tasty recipe. You need too much efforts to make it. 

Steps

CUT THE EDGES OF BREAD SLICES

At first, cut the brown edges of all bread slices.

CRUSH BREADS

Now, with soft hand crush bread slices.

ADD ALL

In a bowl, add the crushed bread slices an all the ingredients of cheese pizza bread cutlets except oil, all purpose flour and semolina.

MAKE DOUGH

Mix all the ingredients with your hand and while mixing all, crush all the ingredients with a very soft hand. Make a soft dough.

MAKE CUTLETS

Now, make cutlets from this dough as per your favourite size and shape.

WRAP

In a plate mix all purpose flour and semolina. Wrap each cutlet in this dry mixture. While wrapping cutlets in the mixture slightly press cutlets, so that the dry mixture can stick to cutlets.

COOK ON TAVA

Now, on a tava or pan cook cutlets on the medium flame. Make cutlets brown for the both sides. Before flliping cutlets pour oil on the top side of cutlets, so that cutlets become more crispy when you flip it.

CLEAN TAVA

You must clean tava, before cooking second batch of cutlets.

SERVE

In this way make all cutlets and serve it hot with sauce and tea.
