Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 cups Churma Flour (A little bit rough ground wheat flour {gehun ka mota aata})
1 cup Dry Milk (Mawa)
1 cups Ghee (for frying)
1/2 cup Ghee (for mixing)
1/2 cup Luke Warm Water
1/4 cup Deep Fried Gond
1/4 cup (optional) Coconut Powder
as per your taste Dry Fruits
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tsp Rose Water
1 tbsp (optional) Black Pepper
1+1/2 cups Sugar Powder

    Hi friends 🙂 🙂 After so many days, I am resuming my work. It’s a great relief for me. I missed you all a lot. As you all know, that I am pregnant and keeping myself away from blogging and social media as much as possible. But as it is my professional life I have to get back to my work to provide you amazing and wonderful recipes.

                         Today, I am sharing with you Rajasthani Churma Ladoo Recipe which is very easy and simple recipe. Like my Rajasthani Bajra Churma Ladoo Recipe and Rajasthani Bajra Churma Recipe, I have made it’s making step very simple and easy. My Churma Ladoo Recipe is so simple that a beginner can also make it.

    Steps

    ADD CHURMA FLOUR, GHEE AND WATER

    In a big bowl mix churma flour, luke warm water and ghee.

    MIX WELL

    Mix all with your hand. Do it properly. Take small amount of mixture in your hand and press into your fist. If it holds shape properly then the mixture is perfect else add some luke warm water.

    HEAT GHEE

    In a frying, pan heat ghee.

    ADD THE MIXTURE

    Now, add the mixture to the heated ghee and mix well.

    FRY

    Fry the mixture on the high flame to make it a little bit brown. It will become very light weight and a bit free flow. You will also start getting a nice aroma from it. Stir frequently.
    You can do it on the medium flame also. It will take more time.

    As you can see in the picture above that, the mixture has become light brown. You can also see that, the mixture is looking free flow.

    TRANSFER

    Now, transfer the mixture to a big bowl.

    ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS TO IT

    Now, add other ingredients to it.

    MIX WELL

    Mix all well. Be careful because you have just fried churma flour. It is very hot and your hands can get burnt. Use spatula to mix it. Mix it very well and remove lumps.

    MAKE LADOO

    Now quickly make ladoo from it. Do not let the mixture cool completely else it would not hold the shape.
    You starts making ladoo and it is not holding shape then add some luke warm ghee to it and mix well.

    TIPS

    1. You can add rose petal to it.
