Hi friends!!! This time I am with an Egg Less Cake Recipe. It is Egg Less Custard Tutti Frutti Suji Cake Recipe. Actually, few days before a fan asked me to share my Egg Less Suji Cake Recipe which should be baked in pressure cooker. In this regard I decided to post my egg less rava or suji cake recipe with you all. I have given an amazing and off course tasty taste to regular egg less suji or rava cake recipe. I simply love the color of my cake. A light yellow color filled with red and green tutti frutti. Just looks beautiful. I added the custard powder and tutti frutti to cake batter to give it a unique taste. The out -come was very good. It was the taste I was looking for. Before baking, I was not sure about the taste, but after baking it, when I tasted it, It was so delicious soft and spongy. This is my first cake post or you can say baking post where I am making a cake using suji and for the first time I am using a pressure cooker to bake my cake. Before Egg Less Suji Cake Recipe I have also posted an on demand recipe which is Rajma Recipe. Rajma Recipe was also in demand so I posted it. I may be a little bit late to fulfill your demand, but I will never ignore you demand. So let’s move toward the recipe.

SIEVE THE INGREDIENTS

Sieve maida, suji, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Keep it aside.

ADD SUGAR, CURD AND BUTTER

Now in a bowl, add sugar, curd and butter.

DISSOLVE SUGAR PROPERLY

Whisk it till the sugar dissolves properly.

ADD DRY INGREDIENTS

Now add the sieved dry ingredients, custard powder, milk and vanilla essence to it.

WHISK IT

Whisk it till becomes smooth. The batter should look like dossa batter not too runny and not too hard.

ADD TUTTI FRUTTI

Now add the tutti frutti to it and mix it.

POUR IN MOLD

Your batter of egg less custard tutti frutti suji cake is ready to bake. Pour it in a greased mold. Now it’s time to bake it. Choose the method below to bake it…

BAKE IN PRESSURE COOKER

Take a pressure cooker and place a plate or pressure cooker stand, which we generally get with big pressure cooker in the middle of the pressure cooker. If you are using a plate as a stand, then place it upside down as I did. Now place the cooker on the flame and heat it for 1 minute on the high flame. Now place cake mold on the plate or stand. Fix the lid of the pressure cooker, but do not fix the whistle. Turn the flame to low and bake your cake. It will take approx 35 to 40 minutes to get baked your cake properly, but after 35 minutes only insert a toothpick in the cake and if it comes out properly, then yours cake is ready else bake it for more minutes.

BAKE IN MICROWAVE

At first, preheat microwave and then place the low rack on the middle of the microwave. Now place the cake mold on that rack. Set the microwave on 180 Degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, check the bread by inserting a toothpick into the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean then your cake is ready else bake it for more minutes.

BAKE IN OVEN

If you are using oven to bake this cake then bake it on 180 degree C for 35 to 4o minutes. To check your cake insert a toothpick in it and if the cake doesn't stick on the toothpick then your cake is baked properly else bake it for some more minutes.

TIPS

• Cover your cake after it cools down properly. We have made it using suji so it will get hard from corners very quickly when comes to contact with air.

• If using salted butter, then do not add salt to it.

• You can increase and decrease the amount of custard powder and tutti frutii as per your taste.
