½ tsp Vanilla Essence

It is just an amazing recipe with the creamy taste of vanilla and sweet taste of mango. I have not used egg, gelatin and pectin over here. I have used custard powder, milk, mango and sugar to make it.                  It is very creamy and thick in texture, that you will love it. For the first time, in my blog, I am going to post a pudding recipe. Before this I have never attempted any pudding recipe.        I have posted many Mango Recipes on my blog, Like; Mango Ice Cream, Mango Smoothie, Eggless Mango Cake, Raw Mango Chunda, Raw Mango Panna, Raw Mango Chutney and Raw mango Guramba. I hope that you will love all.

PEEL OFF

At first, peel off the mango.

ADD TO GRINDER

Roughly, cut the mango pulp and add it to mixer grinder. Do not use seed.

MAKE PASTE

Make a fine paste of mango pulp.

ADD MILK

In a pan, pour 200 ml milk and let it boil on the high flame.

MIX CUSTARD POWDER AND MILK

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix custard powder and 25 ml milk.

POUR

Reduce the flame to low and add the custard milk mixture to it.

COOK

Cook it on the low flame for 2 minutes. Stir frequently.

ADD SUGAR

Now, add the sugar and mix. Cook till the sugar dissolves properly.

ADD VANILLA ESSENCE

Add vanilla essence to it. Mix well.

ADD MANGO PUREE

Switch off the flame and mix the mango puree to it.

ADD DRY FRUITS

Mix dry fruits. Let the mixture cool completely.

POUR

On the bottom of the mold, apply some jam, if using. Now pour the pudding mixture into it. Let the pudding set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve chilled.

TIPS

• Before adding sugar to the mixture, taste the mango puree, if the mango is very sweet, then reduce the amount of sugar.
• You can also freeze it.
• Pour chocolate sauce, rabri or caramel sauce to enhance the taste.

Hi Bindu. I have mentioned it in my ingredient section of the recipe, however, use 3 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp custard powder. If you are using mobile to view my blog, then go up to my recipe page and click the + sign besides the ingredients. The ingredients list will open.
