Falooda Kulfi is a very popular Indian kulfi recipe. There is no need to introduce it in India. You just take a tour of India, you will find, that each and every Indian street is full of this amazing food during the summer. Not only roadside, rather 5 star hotels and restaurants also serve it.

Falooda Kulfi is very rich and creamy in taste. It has a creamy taste of kulfi, refreshing taste of rose sharbat and nutty flavor of nuts. In a simple word, you can say that, it is a combo of different tastes. You will get kulfi, falooda, rose syrup and nut in one plate.

One falooda kulfi is just sufficient to satisfy your hunger. If you will give a look on its ingredients, then, you will find out, that it is very good for your health also. It is made of milk, which is itself a great source of calcium and minerals. We use to add rose sharbat and nuts to enhance its taste, which are another great source of iron, vitamins and minerals. Overall, it is a great source of taste with health. So from now onward, never hesitate to enjoy it.

My Falooda Kulfi recipe is a very simple recipe and doesn’t get too many ingredients to make it. It is a very simple recipe without any “tam-jham” means show off. Before this I have also posted a few Kulfi recipe like; Custard Kulfi, Mango Ice Cream, Pista Ice Cream. You may also visit these recipes….
