      Gajar Kanji or Carrot Kanji is a very popular north Indian Punjabi drink recipe. Carrot Kanji is a probiotic fermented drink recipe which tastes awesome when you mix a little bit rose syrup to it. Carrot Kanji or Gajar Kanji is a very healthy drink which not only gives you taste but also provide you the goodness of fresh carrots. The best part of this recipe is that you do not need to cook carrot on fire hence the protine and vitamins of carrot remains intact. You only have to sun your kanji for one day for fermentation. It cools down your body and mind and very good to take in summers. Its making process is very simple and easy. You just flow with me and see how to make Gajar Kanji at home?       ADD INGREDIENTS

      At first, in a glass jar, add all the ingredients to it except rose syrup.

      SUN GAJAR KANJI

      With the help of a cotton cloth close the mouth of jar so that dust can’t go inside of jar. Sun it for 1 day.

      SIEVE CARROT KANJI

      Now sieve carrot kanji.

      ADD ROSE SYRUP

      Add rose syrup to it

      READY TO SERVE

      Yours Carrot Kanji is ready. Serve it chilled.

      TIPS

      • If you do not have rose syrup then you can add rose water, rose essence or rose petal to it.
      • You can add some fresh pudina leaves to it.
