Hare Angoor Ka Sharbat Recipe | White Grape Sharbat Recipe Hi friends.!!! Today, I am going to share with you, one more sharbat recipe. It is Hare Angoor Ka Sharbat recipe. Like, my other sharbat recipes, this sharbat recipe are also without chemical and preservatives. It is not only sharbat recipe, rather a heath drink for your family. These day market is flooded with fine quality angoors. So, I thought to make this sharbat for my family. You can say , that it is a nice and tasty way to preserve angoors and enjoy it on the summers. I have used here, concentrated sugar syrup to preserve angoor ka sharbat. No use of any chemical. I have also made my concentrated sugar syrup at home. It is not shop bought. Hence, 100% safe and healthy recipe. It will also long last for 2 to 3 months. Always keep it in refrigerator. To make my sharbat, I have ground my angoor 90% not make juice of it. My family likes sharbat with lots of angoor pulp in angoor ka sharbat, so I did this. It really enhances the taste of sharbat. It gives you angoor blast in your mouth. If you do not like it, then simply take out juice from it and make angoor ka sharbat. My other sharbat recipes are- Pudina Sharbat Recipe, Kache Aam Ka Panna, Orange Sharbat. ADD SUGAR WATER

Add sugar and water to a non-stick, glass or steel pan.

COOK ON HIGH FLAME

Switch on the flame and cook it on the high flame to dissolve the sugar properly.

STIR

Stir occasionally.

REDUCE FLAME

Meanwhile, ground grape or take out juice from it. For this reduce the flame to low, so that the sugar syrup doesn’t get burnt.

ADD ANGOOR

Add angoor to mixer jar.

Ground grapes 90% only. If you want ground, it 100% and take out juice from it.

SWITCH OFF THE FLAME

Check the sugar syrup. If the sugar is dissolved properly, then switch off the flame, else cook for more minutes.

Add ground grapes, black salt and jeera powder to it. Mix

COOL

Let the sharbat cool down properly.

POUR

Pour into a clean and dry bottle. Fix the lid and keep in the refrigerator.

SERVE

To serve the sharbat. Fill the 1/4th of serving glass with grape sharbat, then pour chilled water and sprinkle red chili powder, jeera powder, black salt and lemon juice to it.

TIPS

• Check the sweetness of angoor before making the sugar syrup. If it is too sour, then increase the amount of sugar.
• After making sharbat, if you find that, your sharbat is very sweet the, add 3 to 4 lemon juice to it.
• Always keep it in refrigerator.
