    Today, I am revealing my secrete recipe in front of you. My family is drinking this drink for 5 years. No Bournvita & Horlicks or any Protein Drink powder. It is an age-old ayurveda recipe made with 100% natural ingredients. You need only 4 ingredients to make it. No too much effort is also needed. You needs only 15 minutes to make it.     How To Drink?
    Mix 1 tbsp for kids and 2 tbsp powder for others with Cold or Hot milk as per your taste. If your kids are not comfortable to drink it then, simply feed him/her 1 tbsp dry homemade babam health drink powder and then let him drink mishri milk or plan water.

    GRIND ALMONDS

    At first, In a mixer gar grind almonds. You will never find a fine powder like texture of almond powder. It will always remain a little bit rough texture (dardara).

    TRANSFER

    Transfer it to a dry big bowl.

    GRINDS FENNEL

    Now grind fennel. This time also you will not get perfect powder like texture. If making this drink for diabetic then grind black pepper with fennel.

    Transfer it to the same bowl, where you have kept almond powder. See you can sieve fennel powder also. I do not sieve it because this fiber is very good for our digestive function.

    GRIND MISHRI AND BLACK PEPPER

    Now grind mishri and black pepper. You just take out threads from stone mishri if any, then only grind it. If you are making it for diabetic then skip this stage and grind black pepper powder with fennel or almond.

    MIX ALL

    Mix all very well. Keep it inside an airtight container. Never take it out with wet spoon and hands. Keep it in a dry and clean place. Do not need to keep it inside refrigerator. It will long last for 4 to 5 months.

    TIPS

    .If you are feeling that it is less sweet then add some mishri powder to it. Never sugar.
    .Never drink milk with sugar.
