(use 250 gm cup to measure)
2 tbsp Sabudana (sago)
(sabudana we use to make papad)

Hi friends, today on my blog, I am going to post another chocolate recipe. Before Chocolate Crunch Recipe, I have posted the recipe of “Chocolate Fudge”, where, I taught you the two ways of making it.

Homemade Chocolate Crunch Recipe is another cooking experiment of mine. For many days, I was thought of to make it, but never got time. Finally 2 days before I made it and my experiment became successful.

       This is very easy recipe, which can be made by anyone. You need only 2 ingredients to make it and the plus point is that, the ingredients are easily available. It may be possible that the ingredients are in your kitchen right now.

Steps

DEEP FRY SABUDANA

At first, heat oil and deep fry sabudana on the high flame only. The oil should smoky hot. Do not make it brown.

BOIL WATER

In a pan, Boil water.

PLACE BOWL

Place a bowl on it. You have to use such a bowl so that it can cover the mouth of boiling water pan and water can’t come to bowl also.

ADD CHOCOLATE

Reduce the flame to low and add the chopped chocolates. Make small pieces of chocolate.

MELT

Stir continuously and let it melt completely.

MELTED

You can see that the chocolate has been melted. Switch off the flame and do not take off the chocolate bowl from the boiling water pan. Let it be there.

POUR

Pour ½ tsp chocolate in the mold.

ADD SABUDANA

Add fried sabudana.

ADD SECOND LAYER

Add second layer of melted chocolate. Like this fill each mold.

FREEZE

Freeze it to make hard and then take out each chocolate out from the mold. Do it very carefully. Wrap each chocolate in foil paper. Keep it inside the refrigerator in an airtight container.

TIPS

• Never melt chocolate on high flame.
• Never let the water go with chocolate.
