12 pieces Garlic Cloves (lahsunka)
1 small piece Ginger (adrak)
½ tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oil

It also long last for 2 months, if you keep it in an airtight container and also place this container in refrigerator. Steps

ADD OIL

In a cooking pan, add oil and heat.

ADD VEGETABLES

Add green chilies, garlic, onion and ginger to it.

SAUTE

Saute on the high flame for 2 minutes.

ADD SUAGR & SALT

Reduce the flame to low and add sugar and salt. Mix well.

ADD WATER

Add water. Increase the flame to high till the water starts boiling.

COOK

The water has started boiling, so reduce the flame to low. Cook it on the low flame for 5 minutes. Do not forget to cover it.

ADD VINEGAR

After 5 minutes, add vinegar and cook it on the high flame for 1 minute.

COOL

Switch off the flame and let it cool itself.

GRINDE

Grind it to make a smooth paste. Keep it in an airtight container in refrigerator.

TIPS

• If your sauce is very thick, then add some boil water to it.
