Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
4 tbsp Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya Ke Beez)
2 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
8 or as per taste Dry Red Chilies (Sukhi Lala Mirch)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder (Aamchur Powder)
4 pieces Black Cardamom (Kali Elaichi)
12 pieces Cloves (Long)
2 medium Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
3-4 pieces Star Anise (Chakri Ful)
2 tsp Fennel (Souf)
1 big piece Dry Ginger (Soth)
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)

You just use it once, you will become fan of it. It is very easy to make also and long last for 6 month, if you keep it inside an airtight container.

    DRY ROAST

    One by one dry roast every ingredients except turmeric powder, dry mango powder, hing and garam masala.
    You do not have to roast spices to make brown. Just roast it for a few seconds or till you starts getting a mild aroma from it. It hardy takes a few seconds.

    TAKE OUT

    take out all in a big plate and let all cool properly.

    ADD TO MIXER JAR

    Add all the roasted ingredients, turmeric, hing, amchoor powder and garam masala powder to mixer jar.
