Kathal Ki Sabzi With Gravy | Jackfruit Sabzi Recipe | Kathal Recipe | Jackfruit Recipe

Hi friends. Today, my post is all about kathal Ki Sabzi With Gravy. It is just a fabulous recipe. This is the first time, when I am going to post kathal recipe on my blog. Kathal is a summer vegetable. Generally, we make lots of food recipes using it, like Kathal Pickle, kathal Kofta, Kathal Fry & Kathal With Gravy. No matter what you care making, it always tastes good.

My Kathal Ki Sabzi With Gravy is a very simple but tasty recipe. It also do not require too much time to get prepared. I have used here, “Boil – Fry – Boil” method to make my sabzi. Generally, I follow this process for making Chole and Chane. I applied this process with it and the result is amazing. Kathal will just melt in your mouth. Geerally, people follow, either “Boil – Fry” method Or “Fry -Boil ” Method.

As far as spices are concerned. I have used here just our regular Indian Spices and Onion. No any showcase at all. I believe in simpe but exotic cooking. I think I have discussed enough about kathal ki sabzi with gravy. Now, we should move forward toward the recipe.

I have posted many veg recipes on my blog, you may visit these recipes also… Stuffed Aloo Kofta, Malai Kofta, Shahi Shimla, Shahi Paneer, Paneer Butter Masala and many more….
