Masal Kachori is completely different from any other kachori like Hing Kachori or Simple Kachori.Unlike, any other kachori, we use here fennel(souf), instead of nigella(kalongi) and carom(ajwaine). Masala Kachori is a little bit spicy in taste and can be eaten with any veg or non veg recipe.....

MASALA KACHORI RECIPE | MASALA KACHORI | KACHORI RECIPE Hi friends!! Once again I am with my new  Masal Kachori Recipe. This kachori recipe is completely different from any other kachori like Hing Kachori or Simple Kachori. Unlike, any other kachori, we use here fennel(souf), instead of nigella (kalongi) and carom(ajwaine). Masala Kachori is a little bit spicy in taste and can be eaten with any veg or non veg recipe but in my point of view try to take it with those veg or non veg recipes which has a little bit sweet taste, like, korma and malai kofta. The making process of masala kachori is very simple and easy. You have add all the ingredients and knead all well. The main point of the recipe is the texture of dough.  Like, any other kachori recipe, we have to make dough dough harder than roti dough. Generally, we use wheat flour or all purpose flour or both to make kachori but, in masala kachori recipe, we use all purpose flour, wheat flour, semolina and bengal gram flour also. The use of souf make it fantastic. I mostly make it with Malai Chole. I haven't posted the recipe of malai chole on my blog ♥ but soon I will post it on my blog for you. The best part of Masal Kachori Recipe is, that it is no onion no garlic recipe. Hence, feel free to make it on Durga Puja or any other festivals or day, when you do not eat onion and garlic. Masala Kachori is my must make recipe on every Durga Puja. As, I do not eat onion and garlic on Durga Puga, I use to make it with No Onion No Garlic Malai Kofta. As, I told you on first paragraph that, it accompanies well with a little bit sweet veg or non veg recipe, so I make it with Malai Kofta.
