    Hi friends.!! Once again I am with new chemical free sharbat recipe. That is Nimbu Ka Sharbat Recipe. It is really awesome recipe. No need to dissolve sugar with water each time, you want to drink Nimbu ka sharbat. Just pour, mix water and drink. No any inconvenience.

    Nimbu ka sharbat is the most demanded and relaxing drink in the summers. It is just favorite of every age group. It is very good for our health also. It protects us from the harmful rays of the sun and dehydration during the heat of the summer.

    I have used here concentrated sugar syrup to make this sharbat. Concentrated sugar syrup is itself a preserving element. Hence, I do not need to add preservative to preserve it. My lemon squash will long last for at least 3 months in refrigerator.

    Before this I have posted many other sharbat recipes, which I have made using chemicals and preservatives. These are – Hare Angoor Ka Sharbat, Orange Sharbat, Pudina Sharbat, Kache aam Ka panna. You may visit these recipes also.

    Steps

    ADD SUGAR WATER

    In a non-stick or steel cooking pan, add water and sugar.

    COOK

    Cook it till the sugar dissolves properly. You can cook it on the low, medium and high flame as per your convenience.

    STIR

    Do not forget to stir it frequently, else it would get burnt from the bottom.

    ADD WATER

    At this stage, if you realize that this syrup needs more water to dissolve the sugar properly, then add some water to it and cook till the sugar dissolves properly.

    ADD LEMON JUICE

    Switch off the flame and add the lemon juice. Mix well.

    COOL

    Let the sharbat cool properly, then pour into a bottle.

    SERVE

    Pour 1/4th lemon sharbat into a glass and add water. Serve it chilled. If want, you can add some ice also.
