    Hi friends.!!! Today, once again, I am with a new healthy recipe “Papaya Smoothie To Loss Weight Remove Toxin”. It is basically a smoothie recipe with the goodness of papaya. Papaya is a natural cleanser of our body and also provides us lots of minerals and vitamins too. We all know, that how much beneficial it is for our stomach. Papaya contains a natural enzyme called “Papain” which helps our digestive function to work properly and also support our body to abstract nutritions and remove toxins.

                   TO Loss Weight And Remove ToxinIf you want to loss weight, then at first you have to remove toxin from your body. This smoothie is perfect for it. It will not only remove toxin from your body rather reduce your health too. Drink one glass of papaya smoothie every morning on an empty stomach. Do not consume anything after it, at least for 1 hour. Very soon you will notice the changes in your body.

                     The best part of the smoothie is that, you will loss weight and toxin but you will never fell weakness at all. The ingredients I have used in my smoothie will give you vitamins, minerals and energy as well.

    To Remove Toxin – If you have a slim trim body and just want to remove toxin from your body, then simply drink this smoothie twice in a week. You can drink this smoothie anytime, but you should not eat anything 1 hour before and 1 hour after drinking it.  

    For Digestion – Most of the time it happens, that we eat heavy and oily food at home or on party or restaurant. We feel very uneasy and acidity. This smoothie does wonders in this situation. Just drink it and let it work. Do not eat and drink anything after it, at least for 1 hour. You can drink water only.

    • This smoothie is perfect for 1 person, if you want to make it more, than simply increase the quantity on ingredients accordingly.
    • If you are diabetic, then use semi raw papaya.
