Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
For Chutney
1 cup (use 100 gm cup to measure) Peanuts (mungfali)
10 - 15 Garlic Cloves (lahsun ka tukra)
1 small Onion Chopped
3 to 4 Dry Red Chili Sticks (sukhi lal mirch)
Water
1 small piece Tamarind (imli)
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp or as per taste Salt
For Chock
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (rai/sarso)
4 to 5 Curry Leaves
1/4 tsp Asafoetida

Hi friends.!! Today, I am going to share with you, one of my favourite recipe, which is full of protein and minerals. This is "Peanuts Garlic Chutney Recipe". It is very tasty and delicious chutney recipe. It is very quick recipe also.
                                   In this chutney recipe, you will get the nutty and sweet taste of Peanuts, Chili taste of red chilies, strong taste of garlic and aromatic taste of hing and curry leaves as well. 
                                 The best part of the recipe is that, it goes well with every type of food, whether it is Dosa, Idli, Paratha, Rice and Dal. It is just perfect with any recipe. Just try once, you will never forget the taste of this amazing chutney. Now, lets move toward the recipe .

Steps

HEAT OIL

At first, in a pan pour 1/2 tbsp oil and heat.

ROAST PEANUTS

Now, roast the peanuts on the high flame, till become brown. Stir frequently. When peanuts start cracking, then understand that,these are about to roast properly, then roast the peanuts for 2 to 3 minutes more. Do not make it black. It will ruin the taste.

TAKE OUT

Now, take out the roasted peanuts and keep it aside.

HEAT OIL

In the same pan, add 1/2 tbsp oil and heat.

ADD ALL

Now, add garlic, red chili sticks and onion to it. Saute it on the high flame for 2 to 3 minutes only.

TAKE OUT

Now, take all out.

COOL

Let all cool properly.

GRIND

Add the roasted peanuts, saute ingredients, salt, tamarind and water. Grind to make a fine paste. Add more or less water to it. Make chutney consistency as per your taste.

Take out chutney to a bowl.

MAKE CHOCK

Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds and hing to it. Let it crack. Do it on the high flame. Immediately, spread chock on the chutney and cover the bowl with a plate. Let it be like that for 5 minutes. Yours Peanuts Garlic Chutney is ready to serve.

TIPS

. You can adjust garlic, red chili and salt as per your taste.
. You can use shop bought roasted peanuts to make it. If using this, then there is n need to roast the roasted peanuts again.
