    Hi friends. Today, I am going to tell the recipe of Soft Rumali Roti, which you can make on tava. Yes, you can make this roti on tava. It is as simple as making regular roti. The only thing we do not know about is the trick of making it. Like, regular roti make dough, roll and cook on tava. 
                     Today, I will tell you that how you can cook two rumali roti at once on the same tava. Yes, you can. It is just a trick. So let's move toward my recipe.

    Steps

    MAKE DOUGH

    In a bowl, add all purpose flour, wheat flour, salt and water. Do not add ghee. make a dough. Softer then regular roti dough. It should stick on your palm.

    COVER

    Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

    KNEAD

    After 15 minutes, apply some dry flour on your palm and roughly knead the dough for 1 minute.

    MAKE BALLS

    Make two lemon size ball from it.

    ROLL

    Roll both balls but roll it in very small size. Just like puri.

    APPLY GHEE

    Now, apply ghee and dust some dry flour on both rolled roti.

    PLACE

    Now, carefully, place one roti upon second roti so that the dusted and oiled sides of the both rotis can stick properly.

    ROLL

    Dust some flour and roll as thin as rumal. Edges should thinner.

    COOK

    Place this rumali roti on very hot tava. tava should very very hot. Else you will not get soft roti.

    FLIP

    After few seconds, flip roti. Cook another side for few seconds.

    TAKE OUT

    Now, take out roti.

    SEPARATE

    Separate rotis from each other. Do it very carefully. You hands can get burnt. You have 2 rumali rotis on your plate. In this way make all rotis.

    COOK AGAIN

    If some portion of your roti, does not cooked properly, then cook that portion of roti on hot tava.

    SERVE

    Serve it with Malai Kofta, Daal Fry or any dish of your choice.
