1 cup Dry Milk (mawa/khoya)
1 tbsp Coconut Powder (nariyal burada)
¼ cup Sugar (chini)
Dry Fruits
Tutti Frutti
¼ tsp Cardamom Powder (hari elaichi powder)
few drops Rose Water (gulab jal) or Kewra Water (Kewra Jal)
• For Cover
12 pieces Bread
Ghee/oil to apply on bread
• For Sugar Syrup
½ cup Sugar (chini)

Hi guys!!! Today, in my post, I am going to share with you my new twisted recipe. I have twisted regular bread pua to give it an ultimate taste and eye capturing look also. I have made Stuffed Bread Pua Recipe. It is completely different in taste and look with regular bread pua. It is not difficult to make but needs few more ingredients and time to get ready. Unlike toasting bread on tava, as we do to make regular bread pua, we will use a sandwich maker to make it and instead of dipping bread pua into luke warm sugar syrup we will pour sugar syrup on our stuffed bread pua. Yes!!! You are right the making process is very different, but I assure you that you will not regret after making it.

MAKE SUGAR SYRUP

Make sugar syrup using the sugar syrup ingredients and keep it aside. No need to make two threads or 3 threads consistency. Just dissolve sugar into water and add cardamom powder. Let it boil for 2 minutes and it is ready to use.

PREPARE STUFFING

At first, in a bowl, mix all the ingredients of stuffing.

APPLY GHEE ON THE BREAD SLICES

Now, take a bread piece and apply ghee on the both sides of it. In this way apply ghee to all bread slices.

PUT STUFFING

Put some stuffing on it and spread a little bit. Do not spread it on the edges of bread slice.

PLACE ANOTHER PIECE OF BREAD

Now take a bread slice and place on it.

COOK IN SANDWICH MAKER

Place this stuffed bread slices on sandwich maker and cook it from both sides on the low flame to make both sides brown. I am saying it, to cook on the low flame so that the sugar we have added in stuffing get melted properly.

TAKE OUT TOASTED PUA

Carefully take out brown stuffed bread pua and place on the serving plate.

POUR HOT SUGAR SYRUP

Now pour 2- 3 tsp hot sugar syrup on each stuffed bread slices. I have poured the sugar syrup only on the upper side of stuffed bread pua, but you can pour on both sides.

READY TO SERVE

Sprinkle some dry fruits and tutti frutti on it and yours Stuffed Bread Pua is ready to serve.

TIPS

• If you are not going to serve it immediately, then do not pour sugar syrup. At the serving time only pour the sugar syrup.

• You can replace ghee/oil with butter.



• You can increase or decrease the amount of sugar in stuffing.

• You can use sugar powder instead of sugar in the stuffing.
