Adjust Servings:
For Pizza Base
1 cup (use 250 gm cup) Wheat Flour
1 cup (use 250 gm cup) Oats Flour (1 cup oats provides 1 cup oats flour)
225 ml Milk (room temperature)
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
For Topping
1 cup Capsicum Slices
1 cup Onion Slices
4 tbsp Pizza Sauce
as per taste Paneer
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
1/4 tsp Red Chili Flakes

Hi friends,!! Today my recipe is nothing but a healthy version of our favorite pizza. As we know, that everyone loves pizza but the ingredients being used in pizza are not good for our health. Diabetics and Heart Patients even can't imagine to eat this. So, I decided to make a healthy version of pizza, which must be yeast free.
                    Yeast free wheat flour oats paneer pizza tava is just perfect for everyone. Any age group with any disease can eat this. I have used wheat flour, oats, milk, panner to make it, which are very good for our health. The best part of the recipe is that, I have made it on tava, so if you do not have microwave and otg, then also you can make it. 
                         It make me feel very happy, that people are being health conscious day by day. I have posted many recipes on my blog which are very good for your health. Steps

MIX

Mix all the dry ingredients of pizza base and oil properly.

ADD MILK

Add milk little by little to make a soft dough.

MAKE DOUGH

Make a soft and sticky dough. Cover the bough bowl with a lid and keep it aside for 20 minutes.

DIVIDE

After 20 minutes dived the dough into 2 equal parts.

ROLL

Dust some dry flour on kitchen platform and roll one part of the pizza dough. Do not make it very thin or very thick. Roll it just like other pizza base.

CUT

Cut the pizza base slightly into 4 parts, in such a manner, so that only upper layers of the rolled dough should get separated not the bottom. Prick it also.

COOK

Now, very carefully place the pizza base on the tava and cover tava with the lid. Cook the pizza base for 3-4 minutes on the low flame.

APPLY TOPPING

After 3-4 minutes, switch off the flame and apply pizza sauce, put vegetables, paneer and sprinkle dry spices and salt on it.

COOK

Cover it and cook for another 5 minutes on the low flame.

TAKE OUT

After 5 minutes, switch off the flame and take out pizza from it. Yours Wheat Flour Oats Paneer Pizza On Tava is ready to sere. In the same manner make another pizza also.

TIPS

.You can adjust salt, vegetables and sauce as per your taste.
.If you do not have Oregano, then use Ajwaine (carom).
